Where did this journey begin?
About a year ago, I noticed a man roasting coffee in a skillet while watching a K-drama (Korean drama). "I want to try that!" I thought, and so began my journey into coffee roasting. I graduated to a type of roaster called a "popper" and now have a slightly larger roaster. Family and friends encouraged me to share my beans, and so began Ottermom!
